How do we use these often awe-inspiring, mind-opening experiences to create lasting change? Often these experiences can feel life changing in the moment, and for days or weeks after. Eventually we find ourselves back in old behaviors and patterns of thinking. How do we treat these experiences as opportunities for growth rather than fond memories?

Together we will create an integration plan of daily practices, rituals, and intentional narrative processing that is tailored to your needs, history, and insights gained during the experience. This includes short term, weekly sessions for 6-12 weeks. We may use parts work, meditation and visualization, somatic practice, and ritual to assist us in our journey. We will dedicate our work together to making your experience the door to greater self understanding and lasting change. This work requires dedication, courage, and patience. If you’re ready, so am I.
